C-shaped Hooks
C-shaped hooks in order to lift and move coils, possibly balanced with a counterweight, extremely
robust to assure a continual operation, with movimentation handle.
The structure is designed with very accurate calculation programs, which indicate notch stresses. These ones are reduced by means of adequate rounded connections.
The loaded structure
is obtained from a plate of quality steel (usually S275JR or S355JR).
We can supply either only the hook or the complete equipment with accessories in order to connect the equipment to the main hook (tie-ropes, chains, pins, ...).

The hook is kept in horizontal position by the counterbalance; with the load, the hook position can be horizontal of sligtly tilted backwards, in order to assure more stability.
As additional fittings, there are also:
- protection of the hook with a curved supporting element for delicate coils;
- supporting stand;
- safety tooth at the arm end;
- double crane connection.
In addition to standard models, we are able to develop special equipments "ad-hoc" for particular production lines, for special machines with dimensional limits or for the lifting of special parts.
Besides we are are able to supply special devices, which can work under particular conditions of low or high temperatures or special super-light structures.
We can supply raw lifting devices, too: so you can personalize them according to your special needs, for example with particular painting cycles or superficial treatments.
